In 2023, the project " Providing Integration Services for Roma Refugees," implemented by the Union of Roma Youth, Tarna Rom, had the secondary objective of facilitating the inclusion of Roma refugees in the labor market of Glodeni and Costești. Within this objective, 183 refugees from the 5 places were consulted and informed, with 36 of them being surveyed to assess their educational level. The distribution of surveyed individuals by locations was:

1. GLODENI - 14 persons (10 women / 4 men)

2. UNGHENI - 9 persons (6 women / 3 men)

3. COSTEȘTI - 14 persons (8 women / 6 men)

4. COJUSNA - 6 persons (4 women / 2 men)

Following the evaluations, it was found that 97% of these refugees were illiterate. Additionally, the following individuals were integrated into the workforce:

- Glodeni: 2 persons

- Ungheni: 1 person, and 6 persons are participating in courses

- Testimițeanu: 12 persons

- Costești: 9 persons

- Cojușna: 8 persons

The Tarna Rom Association played an active role in promoting job offers and employment opportunities for refugees, as well as facilitating their access to Territorial Labor Force Employment Offices for counseling and guidance. In total, 7 information campaigns were organized in the 5 places, involving the participation of 183 refugees. Moreover, Tarna Rom contributed to the employment process for 32 Roma individuals, refugees from Ukraine.
