✨ Recently, the Tarna Rom team participated in a procurement training organized by UNHCR for partners.

During the day, we discussed:
🔹 fundamental concepts of public procurement and its planning,
🔹 preparing specifications, market research, and request methods,
🔹 the bidding process, offer evaluation, and contract award,
🔹 contract management and record-keeping.

The training concluded with group activities, a Q&A session, and key takeaways, providing participants with practical knowledge and useful tools to improve procurement processes.
