This week, as part of Amare Amala: Roma Culture Week, the UTR "Tarna Rom" Association invites you to participate in various events celebrating Roma culture and traditions.

This week, as part of Amare Amala: Roma Culture Week, the UTR "Tarna Rom" Association invites you to participate in various events celebrating Roma culture and traditions. Here is the detailed program:

April 8:

Roma Women's March: A march dedicated to Roma women, highlighting their strength and contributions to the community.
Exhibitions: Exhibitions highlighting important aspects of Roma culture and history at the "Ștefan cel Mare" Library in Chișinău.
Launch of the monograph "Roma Luck of Pavel Andreicenco": A special moment dedicated to the launch of a monograph exploring the life and contribution of Pavel Andreicenco to the Roma social movement in Moldova.
April 9:

Roundtable on resilience and social cohesion: An intercultural dialogue analyzing resilience and social cohesion, focusing on young Roma and Moldovan refugees.
Concert and presentation of the Thematic Report: Concert and presentation of a thematic report on the right to education for Roma children in Moldova, at the village of Chetrosu.
April 8-12:

Concerts in various regions of Moldova: Musical and cultural events in places like Otaci, Popeasca, Congaz, and Bender.
April 10:

Launch of the Bible translation project into the Romani language: An important event bringing sacred texts closer to the Roma community.
Roundtable at ARI about mediators.
April 11-12:

International Conference: Participate in a conference addressing current issues related to the Roma community.
April 12:

Interinstitutional working meeting: Engage in important discussions about the educational situation of Roma children in the village of Vulcănești.
April 13:

Closing event: End the week with an activity fair and a Roma music concert by the Moldovan National Youth Orchestra, at the "Mihai Eminescu" National Theatre.
