On February 12, 2024, Tarna Rom attended an important meeting between the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova and UNICEF Moldova, focused on the educational inclusion of Ukrainian refugees in Moldovan schools. Under the auspices of the Education Working Group, strategies and practices for integrating these children into the education system were discussed. The central theme was access to education for all, regardless of ethnic origin or refugee status. The expertise of the participants, supported by UNICEF, contributed to identifying effective solutions. Educational inclusion is a key element of sustainable development and social cohesion, and ongoing collaboration between Moldovan authorities and international organizations is essential to ensure a bright future for all children.
